Photographing Florida Southern College

If you know me, then you know that architecture plays a huge part in my photographic work. And not too far from where I live stands the largest concentration of Frank Lloyd Wright buildings in the world. You know that I “have” to go there from time to time, just to capture the architect’s work.

Florida Southern College in Lakeland has such a beautiful campus. And they are very happy to have photographers there! And that’s a beautiful thing as many places require permission to photograph on property.

This was my first visit to Florida Southern this year. I shot a lot. Just let the architecture and nature speak to me. No plan. No agenda. Just like University Mall before, everything was by feel.

Here are just a handful of what I captured. I highly recommend visiting the campus with your camera. I’ll definitely be back soon.
